SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our online orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. It will take from 5 and 7 days for your product to reach you, the length of time dependent on how far you are from our HQ here in Pittsburgh. We ship via USPS first class.
Where does my tea ship from?
All of Ki’s teas are blended, packed in Mexico and shipped from our HQ in Pittsburgh, PA.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
If it’s been a couple of weeks since you received a shipping confirmation from us and you haven’t gotten your tea, check your emails and find your USPS tracking number. If it says your package has been delivered, but it hasn't arrived, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
Return & Exchange
Ki' teas is dedicated to sourcing only the highest quality products and your experience is important to us. If you feel the quality of our products is less than expected, please contact our customer service within 30 days of your order date. We do not honor returns, exchanges or refunds if the issue is a matter of personal taste but do honor replacements for quality issues.
